Our approach is:
Our approach is:
- Holistic
- Inclusive
- Informed
HOLISTIC
To create learning experiences that work, we need to think beyond content creation. Learning experiences cannot be separated from the systems in which they are created – they are informed by the individuals that create them, the learning design principles and processes they apply, wider organisational ways of working, organisational purpose; and society as a whole.
We help you embrace this interconnectedness to not only create a single better learning experience, but new ways of thinking and working that mean all of your learning experiences will be better for learners, your team, and the world.
Inclusive
Learning experiences are inherently inequitable; for example, in terms of gender, race, ability and social background. Typically, learning experiences cater to the majority, inadvertently excluding the minority and unknowingly upholding and reinforcing oppressive systems. We strive to create learning experiences and ways of working that seek to remove barriers and allow as many people as possible to participate fully.
Informed
There’s a huge amount of research into what works and what doesn’t in learning design. We’ve developed a set of evidence-based Learning Design Principles that guide every stage of the learning design process, as well as providing a basis for reviewing existing learning experiences.
Alongside this, we’re a deeply curious team, committed to questioning, unlearning and adapting. This means we’re always seeking to understand new approaches to learning and organisational design, and weave a mix of new ideas and experimentation into all the work we do.
